WHAT WE DO

Malta Office Services Ltd is a 250m2 business centre, situated in Valletta, the majestic capital city of Malta. We offer fully serviced private office space, coworking and drop-in desks, meeting and function rooms and also virtual office services including a Maltese address to register companies.

We offer contracts starting from just one month with discounts for contracts of 12 months or longer.

Private Office Spaces

Our business centre houses private offices that can host between 1 and 20 people. All our offices are provided fully serviced and include the benefits listed below.

Meeting & Function Rooms

A meeting room for up to 8 people and a function room for up to 45 people are available. Both rooms are available for bookings by third parties.

Company Registration

For just €475 pa (excl VAT) we can provide you with an address in the capital for the registration of a Maltese company. We can also provide a post box and mail handling services.

Our service is very flexible, the minimum contract is just 1 month with a 1 month deposit. Invoicing, payments & bookings are all managed online.

Malta Office Services provides private offices in 4 primary sizes plus 2 one-off sizes. These can host between 1 and 20 people and are also available in different configurations. The dimensions shown below are approximate and the desks are 1.2m wide. Contact us today for further information, to book a viewing or to set up a meeting to discuss your requirements.

COWORKING

Malta Office Services is proud to host Grand Central – Valletta’s premiere coworking, hot-desk and drop-in site. Members rent a hot-desk for just €5 per hour excl VAT or a personal, dedicated desk for €299 per month excl VAT. SHARED SPACES

All members of Malta Office Services can take advantage of the kitchen/ lounge area plus the roof terrace, which enjoys stunning views over the Grand Harbour. (There’s even free tea and coffee available). These are the perfect places to relax with a cup of coffee, enjoy a bite to eat, or have an informal catch-up or meeting with colleagues, clients or other members.

MEETING & FUNCTION ROOMS

Our meeting and functions rooms are bookable online and include the use of the communal lounge/ kitchen, and roof terrace. A/V equipment, podium and catering prices upon request.

Cost – €25 + VAT per hour and we only charge for the first 6 hours per day.

  • Maximum number of guests – 45
  • Cost – Bookable by the half day for €250 + VAT or full day for €320 + VAT.
