What We Do
Malta Office Services is a private limited company registered and operating in Malta. Under our brand, Grand Central, we run 2 buildings in Valletta, the majestic capital city. We offer fully serviced private offices, coworking desks, drop-in desks, and meeting and function rooms. Office and coworking desk lease lengths start from just one month with discounts for contracts of 12 months or longer.
Our Archbishop Street building is a traditional 6-storey Maltese townhouse with 350m2 of floor space. It houses 11 offices ranging from 2 to 15 desks.
In contrast our 430m2 Strait Street site is a modern building. The loft style 5th floor is 6m high with a fully glazed west wall and terraces at both ends. Over the 4th and 5th floors it houses 14 offices from 2 to around 20 desks, plus the coworking and drop-in desks.
